Cumulative Volume Purchase Plans

Cumulative Volume Purchase Plans provide a Guaranteed Discount for purchases across the Softerm Product Line. The Guaranteed Discount requires the initial payment of the Plan Fee. During the Discount Period, the Cumulative Minimum of Softerm Products must be purchased as illustrated below. There is no limit to the number of Softerm Product units that may be ordered during the Discount Period and the Guaranteed Discount is applied to all purchases. All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping point.
